Roller Conveyor for H beam Heavy Duty Production Line for Transfoming H beam

The roller conveyor is one of the most important parts of H-beam production line. It joint the assembly machine , 90 degree turning frame, cantilever welding machine, conveying machine, 60 degree turning frame,180 degree overturning frame, straightening machine, which reducing using the crane and improve the production efficiency.

Roller conveyor usually put by one piece driving roller and one piece idler roller, from the side of assembly machine roller conveyor to the front of straightening machine roller conveyor ( lay in one line). 90 degree turning frame, conveying machine, 180 degree overturning frame is put in the free distance. .For 15m beam, the total length of roller conveyor is about 75m, ten pieces of driving roller and ten pieces of idler roller. If the beam more than 15m (18m,20m or more), we will redesign the total length of roller conveyor.
