Hydraulic Cylinder Oil Port Automatic Seam TIG/MIG Welding Machine
YKHF series is a automatic welding machine, which is suitable for
oil cylinder circular seam welding. The machine is drived by
motors, controlled by the PLC, assisted controlled by electrical
relay, so it can realize automatic welding. Welding current and
welding can be set on the operation panel. It has high automation
level. The machine is composed of welding torch driving part,
pneumatic system, electric control system and gas shield welding
power source welding oscillator.
Features:
Welding torch is fixed, the work piece rotation, welding position
horizontal.
The rotation of the work piece drives by clamping fixture,
universal roller bearing bracket.
With high voltage, slow feeding wire arc start function, ensure
reliable arc start, and the low voltage, small current arc end, and
crater filled function.
Using push wire feeding mode, ensure the feeding stability.
The torch along the longitudinal is adjustable, to adapt to
varieties of welding.
The machine is PLC control, the work piece rotation adopts AC
frequency control, stepless adjustable, improve equipment
reliability.
The form of welding, welding specification can be preset, storing
and transferring. Using the touch human-machine interface can
easily change parameters and state.
The welding torch can be up and down, left and right, angle
adjustment, to adapt to the requirements of welding.
