Automatic Robotics Welding Station for Hydraulic Oil Pressure Cylinder
The arc welding robot workstation is designed according the
weld-piece technical requirement. The overall design is: arc
welding robot system + welding positioner + welding machine system+
console+ logistics. The system are mainly conclude robot, exclusive
control cabinet, welding machine, welding wire feeder etc.
According different positioners, can work out different welding
robot station scheme. In the basis of weld-piece technical
requirement and combined with practical requirement of plant, we
design the definite scheme illustrate as following figure.

Robot Robot:
BA series is the professional robot for welding, easy operation
with simple demonstration teaching operation.
There is LED touch color screen with excellent visual effect and
easy operation on demonstration teaching device.
Robot is connected with welding machine by a cable. Welding
condition can be classified saved and one key for selection.
Welding positioner system:
In consideration of the product’s structure, weight, installment
and welding time, the welding dislodgement system uses L double
axle positioner system structure.
This positioner system has the following features
- It can reduce the walking time and distance of the operator to load
and unload in one position.
- Loading district and robot welding district are separated, which
can guarantee operators’ safety.
- The shortage is that it needs rotary and covers large area

Fixture:
If the customer need to change products, it is not necessary to
change positioner’s system. Can design corresponding fixture
according to specific product and fix it on the positioner. The
specific fixture needs to be designed, made and ordered.
Welding process:
The specific operation process is carried out as follows:
- To clamp the assembled and located-welded work-piece on the fixture
by using of relevant hoist device.
- Press the starting button on the operational platform, then the
robot begins to weld the work-piece.
- After the robot finishing welding, unload the welded work-piece and
install a new work-piece.
