Cut to Length Line for Light Pole
Application:
It is for light pole material uncoiling, leveling, cutting, scrape
edge slitting and taper slitting process, to get one side small
width, one side big width steel plate.
This line is used for stainless coil with different specifications,
through uncoiling-leveling-cutting to flattened plates as needed
length.
This line is reasonable in layout, easy operation, high level of
automation which could processing all kinds of stainless coil,
colored coil, aluminum coil, galvanize coil or painted coil. This
line is broadly applying in metal plate processing industry, like
car, container, household appliance, packing, construction
material, etc.
This line is composed of coil car, double head uncoiler, hydraulic
pressing & guiding, shovel head, pinch device, leveler, servo
length gauge device, pneumatic cluth shear, strap conveyer,
pneumatic stacker, unloading car, electric system, etc. as well as
rollaway nest, steering device, etc.

The chain system takes the shift to rotate. The rotation direction
can be clockwise and unclockwise.

3. Hydraulic guiding-pressing, shovel-head, pinch and feeding
device:
It is for taking the head of the steel coil to feeding unit,
hydraulic up and press to avoid the steel coil loose.
The two rollers’ rotation feeds the material to edge slitting unit.

The leveling roller are deal with heat treatments,40Cr. HRC48

The up roller base’s up and down movement is driven by the motor
through worm system.
It is with length measuring unit:
Rotated the encoder sends the length siginal to control system and
control the certain length.
6. Cutting machine:
Including:Hydraulic swing beam shear Q12Y-6*2000.
7. Double edge slitting unit.
It is for slitting scrape edge of the hot rolled steel plate to get
the exact width for light pole.
It is base on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel
sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit. It is
for control the straight cutting. By change the position of the
slitting blade to get different width fr different size light pole
sheet.

8. Taper slitting unit
The taper slitting machine is base on the rolling shearing
principle to cut the steel sheet. There is a dolly in the front of
the slitting unit. It is for control the taper cutting degree. By
change the position of the stopper on dolly to control the taper
slitting rate.
