4. Flanging machine

The mechanical part:

The automatic flanging punching machine is mainly made of special steel and other steel plate materials, which are processed and finished. The whole process is pneumatic.

The action part:

This equipment adopts hydraulic system as the main, compressed air is the main power of auxiliary flange, regulates air pressure, and prohibits the operation of this equipment without mechanism oil.

Forming:

Adjust the length, barrel diameter, flange width and right angle of the workpiece on the equipment beforehand (see figure). The bump error is about 0.5mm. Then adjust the touch screen to the automatic state and click to start automatically.

Sequence: forward, tension, feed, flanging, side shifting, forward turning, feed, side shift, forward rotation stop, tightening loose, retreating, taking out the barrels with both ends flanging, the whole process requires 2.5 It is a barrel of about 4 minutes.

The time can be adjusted according to the proficiency of the customer's flanging operator (in the touch screen, time setting).
