2. Automatic test slot
Introduction & Technical parameter:
The water tank water tank inner leak detector is to place the inner
tank on the test preparation platform, and the initial preparation
work is completed. After all the holes are accurately in place, the
water inlet test is started. After setting a certain time keeping
pressure, the gas in the tank water tank is detected. Is the leak
leaking? Is there a bubble? Accurately observe the location of
specific leaks. Workers can further process according to their
inspection results; or they can be sent to the next process and
cycle according to this.

The components of a machine:
1) Laminating machine:
This series of machines consists of upper and lower rubber rollers,
frame, power transmission and control device, and membrane support
frame. It has the characteristics of flat film, no wrinkles, no
bubbles and long service life. The heating technology inside the
rubber roller, high heating efficiency and safety; the temperature
and speed can be adjusted freely and applied to different
materials. The product adopts steel roller pressure and laminating
speed, which can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the machine operation
is simple and convenient.
2) Conveyor belt:
After the shearing machine has finished cutting, the sheet conveyor
conveys the sheet to the palletizing device.
The conveyor belt consists of a whole seamless non-slip belt,
frame, motor, reducer and so on.
3) Palletizing trolley:
The steel frame is made and the countertop is flat. The caster foot
is equipped with a universal wheel with brake function, which can
move in all directions and is easy to operate.
